Registration Fees
What's included with the registration fee:
Registration includes a full 50 hour comprehensive EMDR basic training.
Cancellation of Scheduled Trainings
No refund of any kind will be provided to a participant who is ejected from the training program for any reason.
Participant Cancellation of Trainings
If Midwest EMDR has another EMDR Basic Training scheduled within 12 months of the participant needing to cancel; there is a one-time transfer of registration option available to the participant. There is no guarantee that another EMDR Basic Training will be available and Midwest EMDR is not responsible for the loss of fees incurred due to late cancellations.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (1990), Midwest EMDR will provide reasonable accommodations to participants with documented disabilities. It is the responsibility of the training participant to submit requests in a timely manner prior to the start of training in order for accommodations to be implemented properly.
Accommodation requests can be made by completing the Accommodation Request Form (found by scrolling to the bottom of this page) and submitting the completed form to info@midwestemdr.com.
Every effort will be made to address concerns during the training event (changing practice partners, addressing staff issues, etc.). Midwest EMDR strives to resolve concerns in a way that would be best for all participants involved. If it is not feasible to address the concern during the training event, details of the issue can be submitted in writing to info@midwestemdr.com and will be responded to by Mirranda Cardinali, LPC, CRC, founder of Midwest EMDR in 7-10 business days.

Canvas LMS is used as the primary platform where all training materials, recordings, and documents are stored securely. Canvas LMS protects trainee privacy through access controls, data encryption, compliance with FERPA and COPPA regulations, and does not sell information to third parties. Google Meet is used for virtual components of training and utilizes end-to-end encryption for security. Additional security measures include 2FA, HIPAA compliance, and anti-hacking protocols. For virtual training components, participants are required to have their web-camera on at all times per EMDRIA guidelines; and ensure they are located in a quiet and confidential space, free from distractions in order to engage in training activities appropriately.
Participant assignments, attendance, feedback, etc. are stored within Canvas LMS for documentation purposes in compliance with EMDRIA training standards. Participant information and data is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
